 the Music (GTM) is a grassroots social enterprise supporting First Nat
 ions and CALD artists through community-led music education\, performa
 nce\, and mentoring. \n\n\n\nWith recent Music Industry Development fu
 nding from Sound NSW\, GTM is launching the GTM Archive and Sync Agenc
 y\, alongside the GTM Library (hosted by Disco)\, to preserve 13 years
  of recordings and create licensing pathways for underrepresented arti
 sts. \n\n\n\nLed by founder Lizzy Rutten\, with partner Courtney Tune\
 , Elder Aunty Bea Ballangarry\, festival manager Jazz Williams\, and e
 merging artist Isaiha Kelly\, this session explores cultural preservat
 ion\, economic empowerment\, and creative leadership. Through lived st
 ories\, panel discussions\, and live performance\, GTM offers a model 
 for sustainable\, community-driven music futures grounded in equity\, 
 culture\, and real industry access.
